Design of cooling and dust removal system in feed processing workshop: the production process of feed workshop is usually composed of receiving, processing, storage and transportation. Dust removal system design and equipment selection:
1) Short process design should be adopted, elbows should be reduced, dust removal pipelines should be reduced, and bag type dust collector (pulse bag filter) should be preferred;
2) In the pneumatic powder conveying and air separation system, the dust concentration is high, and the cyclone + bag type two-stage dust removal process is suitable;
3) The pulse jet bag filter and bag filter unit specially designed for feed dust collection are selected, and the anti-static filter material is used;
4) The dust hopper of the dust collector adopts conical or rounded square hammer shape, and is equipped with a vibrator to prevent shed materials. When it is used for dust collection of the feed grinder, the wall surface should also be insulated;
5)对大型提升机、皮带机、刮板机等输送设备，机内粉尘浓度较高（标准状态下可达5~ 15 g/m3），宜采取头部、尾部或中部多设置吸尘点，以防引发饲料机械爆炸。
5) For large-scale elevator, belt conveyor, scraper and other conveying equipment, the dust concentration in the machine is high (up to 5 ~ 15 g / m3 under standard state), and more dust collection points should be set at the head, tail or middle to prevent the explosion of feed machinery.
