催化燃烧处理低浓度低温度的特点

VOC催化燃烧包括预热、催化反应、热回收三个基本流程。工业排放的VOC废气的温度通常较低,进入催化反应床之前需要预热,通常采用热交换器预热。对于低浓度、低温度的VOC废气,燃烧过程无法维持自身热平衡,需要消耗辅助燃料。预热后的VOC废气进入催化反应床,在催化剂表面发生无焰燃烧,被彻底氧化并释放出大量热能。净化后的气流具有很高的温度,采用热交换器回收能量,以供VOC废气预热之用,减少辅助燃料的消耗和避免对环境造成热污染。国内外工程化应用的VOCS废气催化燃烧工艺主要有蓄热式催化燃烧、热回收式催化燃烧、直燃式催化燃烧、吸附浓缩-催化燃烧,一恒除尘生产的催化燃烧是吸附浓缩-催化燃烧。
VOC catalytic combustion includes preheating, catalytic reaction and heat recovery. The engineering application of VOCs exhaust gas catalytic combustion process at home and abroad mainly includes regenerative catalytic combustion, heat recovery catalytic combustion, direct combustion catalytic combustion, adsorption concentration catalytic combustion. The catalytic combustion of constant dust removal production is adsorption concentration catalytic combustion.
催化燃烧特点

1)起燃温度低,反应速率快,节省能源。催化燃烧过程中催化剂起到降低VOC分子与氧分子反应的活化能,改变反应途径的作用。催化燃烧起燃温度低,节省了辅助能源的消耗,在某种情况下,甚至无需外界供热。
