According to the production process, equipment layout, exhaust volume and production plant conditions, the dust collector system can be divided into three forms: local dust removal, decentralized dust removal and centralized dust removal.
Centralized dust removal system
The centralized dust removal system is suitable for the workshop where the dust points are relatively concentrated and large dust removal equipment is available. It can concentrate all the exhaust points in one dedusting system, or arrange the dedusting equipment of several dedusting systems together. Due to centralized maintenance and management of dust removal equipment, it is easy to realize mechanized treatment of recovered dust. However, this kind of system is long, complex, difficult to balance the pressure and large initial investment, so it is only suitable for a few large factories.
Decentralized dust removal system
When the exhaust points in the workshop are relatively scattered, the exhaust points can be properly combined, and several exhaust points can be combined into a system according to the nature of the delivered gas and the work shift. The dust collector and fan of the distributed dust removal system should be close to the dust producing equipment as far as possible. This system has short air duct, simple layout and easy system pressure balance. Due to the scattered arrangement of dust collectors, the treatment of dust recovered by dust collectors is more troublesome. This system is widely used at present.
Local dust removal
The dust collector is directly placed near the production equipment to collect and recover the dust on the spot. Basically, there is no need to lay or set a short dust removal pipeline. For example, the plug-in bag filter of sand mixer in foundry workshop, the dust removal unit directly located on the air feed bin and various small dust removal units which are widely used at present. This system is compact, simple and easy to maintain.
