催化燃烧法的预防措施有哪些?

化燃烧法处理VOCs的过程中, 存在如下几种安全隐患:活性炭吸附—脱附—催化燃烧法中有活性碳起火的现象、催化氧化炉爆炸问题、整个催化燃烧治理装置起火爆炸问题。

1.活性碳起火现象及防范措施

在前期的VOCs富集过程中, 由于活性炭着火点较低而脱附温度过高,当对吸附饱和的活性炭进行脱附处理时,会由于脱附箱体内温度过高导致活性炭着火。

解决该问题可以从两个方面着手:一是采用着火点高的活性炭;二是严格控制脱附温度,使其远低于活性炭着火点。因此可采取如下措施:严格控制脱附温度,选择质量好的脱附温度传感器,尽可能在活性炭吸附箱合适位置安装两个温度传感器;在PLC 编程中加入脱附温度超温时停止脱附程序;同时要防患于未然,在活性炭吸附箱上方增加消防水管并连结烟气报警及自动喷淋装置,以防意外失火。

2.催化氧化炉爆炸问题及防范措施

在处理高浓度VOCs 时,由于炉内含有大量氧气,当废气浓度达到废气组份中大部分有机废气的爆炸极,就会有爆炸的危险。因此,要时刻监测炉内VOCs 浓度, 在进入催化氧化炉的废气管道上安装浓度稀释装置,将高浓度废气稀释到爆炸极限下。同时在催化氧化炉上增加压力排气阀,在压力过高时自动打开阀门进行减压排气,以防炉内温度压力过高引起爆炸(因废气在热氧化过程中迅速释放大量热能导致炉内热空气压力过大)。

3.整个催化燃烧治理装置起火爆炸及防范措施

整个催化燃烧治理装置起火爆炸多发生在只有一套吸附装置的系统中,因管道壁及设备内聚集大量高浓度有机废气颗粒物,管道风阀闭会间隙过大,在脱附催化燃烧过程中没有停止生产, 车间进气阀不能关闭,整个管路是全通的,此时脱附催化燃烧极可能在高温作用下引起整个系统起火爆炸。针对上述情况应该采取如下措施:安装高质量风阀,经常检查漏气情况,单套吸附的装置系统中在脱附催化燃烧过程中应停产处理等。
