废气处理活性炭+催化燃烧设备的工作要点

催化燃烧废气处理流程为吸附-脱附-燃烧三个阶段,利用活性炭吸附废气效率高的特点,先让活性炭吸附有机废气,然后通过高温气流让活性炭再脱附,这样活性炭可以反复循环进行吸附-脱附这一过程。脱附下来的废气被浓缩处理,进而送到催化燃烧室进行催化燃烧分解并释放热量,然后在换热器的作用下使废气浓度达到2000PPM以上,这样废气就可在燃烧床反复燃烧持续自然,不用再额外加热。

催化燃烧设备
当吸附单元的活性炭吸附至饱和的程度后,该吸附单元切换为脱附单元,脱附需要外加热量,加热装置设在催化燃烧废气处理设备内,将其开启后同时预热催化剂,催化燃烧废气处理设备达到设定温度后将热空气引入脱附床,有机废气在加热作用下从活性炭表面解吸出来。

由于温度会使活性炭内部结构会变化,所以在吸附脱附单元都设置热电偶温度传感器,温度偏高时及时调节补冷风系统,即能保证号的脱附效果,又给活性炭提供一个安全的工作环境,即使温度传感器发生异常,吸附单元还设置有物理消防设施。
