After catalytic combustion waste gas treatment, part of the exhaust gas reaches the standard and is discharged into the atmosphere. Most of the waste gas returns to the adsorption bed to desorb the activated carbon, forming a circular system, which can better provide the heat of adsorption and desorption catalysis of catalytic combustion waste gas treatment equipment, and is more energy-saving, environmentally friendly and efficient.
When the activated carbon of the adsorption unit is saturated, the adsorption unit is switched to the desorption unit. The additional heat is required for the desorption. The heating device is set in the catalytic combustion waste gas treatment equipment. After it is turned on, the catalyst is preheated at the same time. After the catalytic combustion waste gas treatment equipment reaches the set temperature, the hot air is introduced into the desorption bed, and the organic waste gas is desorbed from the activated carbon surface under the heating effect Suck it out.
Since the temperature will change the internal structure of activated carbon, thermocouple temperature sensors are set in the adsorption and desorption units. When the temperature is too high, the make-up cooling air system can be adjusted in time, which can not only ensure the desorption effect of the number, but also provide a safe working environment for the activated carbon. Even if the temperature sensor is abnormal, the adsorption unit is also equipped with physical fire-fighting facilities.
High concentration organic waste gas enters catalytic combustion waste gas treatment equipment under the action of desorption fan. Under the catalysis of precious metal platinum alloy, the combustion is decomposed into water and carbon dioxide, and the waste gas is purified. The combustion process is low temperature, fast, flameless, and generates a lot of heat, which can be reused in the desorption process and combustion oxidation process of organic waste gas, so it can significantly reduce the energy consumption cost.
