催化燃烧设备主要部件及特点介绍

催化燃烧除尘器由电子控制柜、净化装置主机和锅炉引风机等主要结构组成。净化装置的主发动机由热交换器、预热室、催化床、防火过滤器和防爆装置组成。

催化燃烧除尘器工作过程及原理:

启动后,设备按照程序对催化剂进行清洗,然后通过电加热器加热催化剂。当电加热器达到设定的预热温度时,主入口阀首先打开。当催化剂达到催化着火温度(一般为200-300摄氏度),随着反应热和电加热器的不断产生。通过加热,预热后的空气温度逐渐达到设计的催化点火温度。电加热是一种分组加热方式,有两组,系统可以根据废气浓度在两组间切换。当废气浓度达到一定值时,系统停止加热回复正常运行状态。
After start-up, the equipment cleans the catalyst according to the procedure, and then heats the catalyst by electric heater. When the electric heater reaches the preset preheating temperature, the main inlet valve is opened first. When the catalyst reaches the catalytic ignition temperature (generally 200-300 ℃), with the reaction heat and electric heater continuously generated. By heating, the air temperature after preheating gradually reaches the designed catalytic ignition temperature. Electric heating is a group heating mode, there are two groups, the system can switch between the two groups according to the concentration of exhaust gas. 当废气浓度过高引起设备内温度大于450摄氏度时,新风阀开启,稀释废气浓度,保持设备正常运行。当废气浓度较低时,系统将无法通过废气的反应热保持热平衡。此时需要加热,即一到两组加热。以上是自动设备运行过程。
When the temperature in the equipment is higher than 450 ℃ due to the high concentration of exhaust gas, the fresh air valve will be opened to dilute the concentration of exhaust gas and maintain the normal operation of the equipment.
