抛丸机除尘滤筒除尘器发生火灾隐患因素有哪些?

1.外部热源进入滤筒除尘器内部

铁锈粉尘在高速气流中会产生静电。尘粒之间或与除尘器内部物体发生摩擦会产生数千伏的静电电位。静电除尘有着易分散和悬浮的特点,分散会增加摩擦力度。累积电位增加到灰尘之间的击穿场强时会产生静电火花,并且当放电能量达到或超过铁锈灰尘的下限燃点时,发生火灾事故的可能性极大。
